We make our Fowlers Mill Pancake Mix from the best ingredients available.
We use only the highest quality flours in all of our mixes.
We mill whole wheat flour, corn meal, and corn flour which
we use to make our pancake mix, and many of the other deliciously
tasting and nutritious baking mixes we produce.
We do not add preservatives
to our pancake mix, or any of the other Fowlers Mill baking
mixes products. We therefore suggest that you refrigerate
or freeze our pancake and baking mixes, to preserve their
It's easy to make
delicious pancakes and waffles using Fowlers Mill Pancake
Mix. Just follow these easy instructions:
to make eight 4" pancakes:
- Preheat pancake
griddle to 400F (Water drops
will dance at that temperature)
- Beat 1 egg (or
2 egg whites), add 3/4 cup milk and 1 cup
Fowler's Mill Pancake Mix (for Apple Cinnamon
Pancakes, also add 1 diced apple)
- Beat gently to
form a batter. For thinner pancakes, add
more milk. For thicker pancakes add more
dry pancake mix.
- Pour batter onto
your hot griddle. Flip once after bubbles
break. Bake other side until pancake is
a light golden brown.
- Serve with butter
and your favorite syrup or fruit toppings.
- Add 1 to 2 tablespoons
vegetable oil to the above pancake batter.
- Adjust batter
for desired consistency and bake as directed
on your waffle iron.
- For fruity pancakes,
add 1/3 cup blueberries or your favorite
diced fruit to the batter.
- For handy "pigs
in the blankets", roll a cooked sausage
link in a cooked pancake and secure with

Buttermilk, Griddlecake, or Whole Wheat
