Blackberry Crisp Mix

DIRECTIONS FOR ONE 9” CRISP: Preheat oven to 375ºF. Blend together 1-1/4 cups of mix and 4 tablespoons melted butter or margarine. Spread 3 cups of fresh or frozen blackberries (mixed with 3T sugar if desired) in a buttered 9” pie dish and top with the crumbly mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping.

VARIATION: For one larger crisp, use 5 to 6 cups of berries. Blend the entire contents of this bag with 1/2 cup of melted butter or margarine. Spread blackberries in a buttered 9” x 13” baking dish and top with crumbly mixture. Bake in preheated 375º oven for about 30 minutes or until brown.

INGREDIENTS: Brown Sugar, Rolled Oats, Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Stoneground Whole Wheat Flour, Cinnamon and Sea Salt.
